Accommodation policy

Each villa can accommodate up to 6 persons in full beds.

Extra beds are not provided.

All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

Baby cots and high chairs are provided free of charge and upon request.

The maximum number of baby cots per bedroom is one (1).

The aforementioned rates are valid per night of accommodation.

Check-in: 3:00pm (15:00 hours)

Check-out: 11:00am

This property is not suitable for young party groups!!!

It is the property’s policy not to accept bookings from single sex groups and/or groups where the majority of members are under 25 years of age (except in families), as well as certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including graduation celebrations and pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties. This is by no means judgmental and/or alluding to the sexual orientation of guests or in any way discriminatory. Danae’s Villas are located in a quiet area above Koutouloufari village and have been designed and equipped to provide ideal holidays for families and groups of friends of older ages.

Important Notice: To help maintain the quiet, family character of the villas, we respectfully advise our guests that the use of quad bikes, motorbikes and/or vehicles that produce high levels of noise is not allowed on the property’s grounds. Thank you in advance for your kind co-operation.

 Our guests are kindly asked to respect the accommodation (furniture, appliances, decoration).

Our guests are respectfully advised to be water and energy conscious and to turn off electric appliances and air-conditioning units when not using the villa.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, yet it is allowed on the exterior grounds.

Please note that no guests other than those agreed at the time of reservation are allowed at any time or for any reason in the villa or on the exterior grounds of the villa (pool, pool area etc).

Guests are responsible for any breakage in the villa during their stay. In case of breakage, please report it to a member of the staff so that it can be repaired/replaced for the following guests.

Minimum Stay

• 5 nights for April, May, October
• 7 nights for June, July, August, September

Payment and cancellation policies

• A deposit of 30% of the stay will be necessary to secure the reservation – The deposit is non-refundable
• The outstanding balance (70%) for the stay will be payable before or at the guests’ arrival
• For non-refundable offers the total amount of the reservation will be charged anytime after reservation confirmation - This amount is non-refundable
• Payment methods: bank transfer (bank account details provided after reservation confirmation), cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
• In case of cancellation between 30-15 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total booking value will be charged
• In case of cancellation between 14-8 days prior to the arrival date: 75% of the total booking value will be charged
• In case of cancellation within between 7-0 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total booking value will be charged
• Cancellations must be provided in writing (e-mail at info@danaevillas.gr)
• In case of no show or departure prior to the scheduled date: 100% of the total booking value is charged

The aforementioned rates include

• All taxes
• Air-conditioning
• Free Wi-Fi
• Cleaning, fresh linen and towels: two times a week (for guests’ arrival plus once more)
• Pool cleaning and maintenance: two times a week
• Free Baby Facilities: high chairs, baby cots, toys for the pool
• Welcome basket upon arrival
• Indoor Features: Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting place, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower, satellite TV - DVD, sound system, washing machine, security alarm, smoke detectors
• No meals, tickets or transfer services are included in the aforementioned rates
• Outdoor Features: Private swimming pool (fresh water, dimensions 4.5m * 9.5m, maximum depth 1.60m), shower, pool beds, pool tables, pool umbrellas, outdoor dining table/chairs, electric BBQ/grill, private garden, private parking (2 places per villa), furnished yards and terraces, table tennis (ping-pong), pool table (billiards)
